    My staff forgot their username and password, how can I help them?

    You have two options: You can direct your staff to our customer service line at 1.844.600.STAT(7828) or log in to the StaffStat portal, navigate to the user’s profile and update their username and password. Don’t forget to click ‘save’!

    Of course! We offer a variety of reports, providing you with the data you need with a few clicks of your mouse. You can review notification logs for each shift posted, pull reports on individual staff activity, keep track of who is doing what within your site and much more.

    How long will my data be available on StaffStat?

    StaffStat does not limit the amount of data stored on a customer-by-customer basis. You can rest assured that your information is maintained and stored securely on our servers.

    Do I need to download or install software or updates?

    No. All enhancements and updates are automatically pushed with no interruptions to your service.

    Are there any additional costs associated with customer service, setup, implementation or yearly fees?
